Can I use my existing NDA?

Yes. Paste or upload it into Claude and convert it in Claude Docs. Claude adds the signing tags and DocuLetra saves it as a template in your Google Drive.

Does it work for mutual NDAs?

Yes. Add a signature tag for each party. They can sign in order, or both at the same time.

Does the other party need an account?

No. They get an email with a link and sign on a DocuLetra signing page in their browser.

Is an NDA signed with DocuLetra legally binding?

How do I know if the NDA has been signed?
